Transfer License

Moving a license follows a "Deactivate then Reactivate" workflow.

Phase 1: Old Host (Deactivation)

1. Navigate to Admin > License on your current host.
2. Click Move License and check the box to confirm deactivation.
3. Click Proceed and download the Deactivation Key. (Required for the next phase).

Phase 2: New Host (Reactivation)

1. Contact Support: Ensure the "Move License" feature is enabled for your account in the Customer Portal.
2. Portal Setup: In the Customer Portal, click Move License, upload your Deactivation Key, and enter the New Host Key.
3. Activate: Generate and download the new Activation Key, then upload it to your new server.
