1. Access Control:
    1. Manage Dashboard Option: Manage who can edit, rename, delete, reset, and share the dashboard via the manage dashboard option.
    2. Note: Explorer users will not appear in the user list for managing dashboards and can only create private dashboards.
  2. Making Dashboards Private or Public:
    1. Private Dashboards:
      1. Visibility: Only visible to the creator and access permissions.
      2. Creation: Explorers can create private dashboards but cannot make them public.
    2. Public Dashboards:
      1. Visibility: Visible to all users with repository access.
      2. Creation: Only users with repository access can create and share public dashboards.
